Too late for Manchester United
Manchester United missed Michael Kightly because they were beaten out by the Wolves according to Grays Athletic.
Michael’s stock rose when he scored two goals in his early weeks in the championship. His potential capabilities have prompted the Wolves to sign him permanently during the January transfer window.
Was Manchester United late? I would like to believe they were not that serious to sign Michael and missing out on him would not be a big deal to the club.

Andriy Nesmachniy to Spurs?
It is rumored that the club is going to make a move to sign the star left-back, would Spurs open their pockets to get Andriy Nesmachniy? It is known how Spurs are budget conscious but recently they have stated they are opening their pockets to build a team capable of making the higher ranks.
Blackburn Rovers are interested signing the Ukrainian star but they would not be able to complete the £1.2m deal unless Lucas Neill switches to Liverpool which makes the race for him open to different clubs.
Would Spurs steal Andriy away?

Daryll Duffy’s Stock Climbs
Where will Daryll Duffy go? Scoring four goals in eight games at Pools have helped his stock climb high enough in time for the January transfer window.
The clubs hunting him down are Bristol City, Swansea City, Falkirk and Scottish premiership Hibernian.
In any case, I don’t think Daryll is going anywhere especially when Adam Boyd and Thomas Butler were already sold off. Danny Wilson of Hartlepool United has enough cash to secure Daryll to play more games with them. It would be foolish to let Daryll go with the way he is playing so far.

He insists he is happy that Barcelona is confident which he will use against them to snatch a win. Their rival’s complacency will be Liverpool’s greatest weapon.

Richard Murray Must be Crazy
Why would the job of Charlton head coach Les Reed remain safe? 1 win, 1 draw and 5 losses don’t look like a good performance and their defeat against Wycombe should have sealed his fate. The fans are uneasy and Richard is crazy to keep his manager in place.
Les Reed should make drastic changes from training, people, etc. to yield results. Staying with him seems sensible since working on a team handed to you is not easy and would require time and rebuilding to make them competitive; but the bottom-line is still getting the win. The fans don’t care about …read more
