Cole’s Ass, Stay Put

What’s new with Ashley Cole? He just can’t keep his ass (errr his mind) settled on Arsenal. He was fined last year by discussing his transfer to Chelsea; and today he is being linked to a transfer to Real Madrid.
Well, he does insists he is staying with Arsenal — probably to avoid penalty and bad publicity.

If I were him, he should stay with the Gunners therefor adding marketability and money on his name.

Below is my take on him:

1. He only got two more years left
2. He is well into the system of Arsenal
3. He does not need to make any major adjustments to a new team
4. Arsenal is showing a lot of promise in its growth

Arsenal is going to be a force to reckoned with in the next two years, and having said that, the team’s value will climb together with it’s players. Ashley can very well developed into a far better player than he is today and he just needs to continously acquaint himslef into Arsenal’s system without going through any major adjusments. As long as Ashley play his cards right with Arsenal in the next two years, he’s value will tremendously increase as well as his exposure and experience to a team rising to the top.
