The only player worth mentioning here is Andriy Shevchenko. He is the AC Milan star who is considered a lethal striker of world standards. However, the European footballer of the year in 2004 may not be enough to carry them to the next round. A number two scorer is badly needed by this team who may rely on Ruslan Rotan ocasionally.

Some notables include Andriy Voronin and Andriy Vorobei at the midfield position; but they are by no means lethal to give Spain neither Tunisia enough to worry about.
Watch out for Ukraine. Their lone star is the only bright hope of this team. You can see in this chart the list of teams and groups they belong to.
