Does Germany have enough Tequila’s for the Mexicans? Omar Bravo scored two goals to lead the game against Iran finishing the game with the score of 3-1.

The second goal of 26 year old Omar came on a defensive collapse of Iran in the 76th minute of the game. Fans erupted and could smell the game closing down on Iran.

Iran’s team play and aggresiveness in the second half subsided tremendously compared to their execution and overall aggresiveness in the first half.

With Omar’s second goal and a roaring crowd the Mexican team was even more aggressive and their defense held steadfast against their opponents. Three minutes after the second Zinha scored another one on the 79th minute giving Mexico a comfortable lead 3-1.

The Iranian tried to push the game towards the end but was not enough.

Omar Bravo having scored two goals will have his confidence held up high as they face Angola in the next round.

If Angola (I am liveblogging here) loses to Portugal, Mexico is seeing a 2-0 start in the tournament.
