Chelsea Can’t Buy Everyone with their Cash

Chelsea has all the money to buy whoever they want whenever they want. But such is not the case with Yohann Gouffran, French U21 international, who rejected Chelsea’s offer and decided to stay and help his club Caen to win promotion to Ligue 1.

Yohann said that he did not like Chelsea because they keep on buying superstar players and he wouldn’t have any place in their roster. Instead, he wants to work on a team that values him like Caen.
Very few players would turn down a club as big as Chelsea, but having Yohann figure out that playing more football in Caen is better than sitting more on the bench speaks a lot about him.
