West Ham takes their contract with Carlos Tevez a little too far. The guy obviously doesn’t want to play with them and his agent Kia Joorabchian insists there is no enforceable contract of employment. The case is now passed on to FIFA which has not given a time table on how long it would take them to come up with a decision.
The decision should favor Carlos Tevez otherwise West Ham might not get much from the services of the player. They are not the team and organization Carlos would want to stick out and if the decision makes him come back for another three years, then he ought to think about bumming around.
Would Carlos Tevez think of a revenge against West Ham?
Of course not, Carlos is a professional footballer and he is compelled to act like one. Also, if West Ham wins, everyone knows Carlos would still come out to play as he doesn’t want his value and stock to fall beyond repair. Nonetheless, an unhappy and disgusted player would have diminishing returns playing for something he doesn’t believe.
