My money is on Cristiano Ronaldo staying at Manchester United

Saturday, March 17th, 2007

Cristiano RonaldoThe never ending saga between Ronaldo, Real Madrid and Barcelona has more buzz than reality into it.

Manchester United has a lock on the 21-year-old superstar until 2010 and I have no doubt they would exercise that right with full force. Cristiano Ronaldo is being courted by Real Madrid for the longest time; but as good as it sounds, the once dominant club has more failure than success on it. Cristiano Ronaldo would not have any patience on a club as chaotic as Real Madrid.

Thierry Henry is at the Losing End of Mismanagement

Friday, March 16th, 2007

Thierry Henry FranceArsene Wenger earlier accused France of misusing Thierry Henry that led to the superstar strikers fatigue and condition.

Wenger points out

I feel Henry has been badly managed by France.

After the World Cup final I gave him a holiday. France called him up less than 14 days after he came back - and they played him in the whole game.

It was a friendly, so why did they need to play him in the whole game? And he has played every friendly since, when he was already on his knees.

Ronaldo is Leaving Manchester for Real Madrid

Wednesday, February 28th, 2007

David Beckham left for Real in 2003, followed by Nistelrooy in 2006; today, Cristiano Ronaldo has made up his mind that he would be playing for Real Madrid in June.

Everyone knows that Manchester United is not going to give up their star player. Real Madrid would have to pay at least £30million to get the start striker’s services.

I think Cristiano should stay with Manchester United especially because the team is beginning to find chemistry which means more awards and glory for the Portugese player. Real Madrid is still in chaos and a transfer to their club is more pain than gain.

I am glad John is fine right now. Below are highlights of his great skills.

John Terry is Future Manager of Chelsea

Sunday, January 28th, 2007

John Terry’s leadership skills and superb playing skills have prompted for Chelsea to offer him a massive 5-year long-term deal. There are still no reports whether John has accepted the offer of the big club.

Aside from the playing contract, he is also given a possible coaching job for two years at the end of his career.

John Terry would not find it difficult to work in a club as a manager but making sure it is with one of the elite clubs in the world is a different story. If John Terry does want to become a manager someday he should at least make sure he is assured of the position in Chelsea.
