News everywhere is raising their stakes on England hopefuls with him showing signs of playing again.

I can imagine how much money is flying around in World Cup bet when news like this comes out.

Everyone is patiently waiting in the much anticipated scan which he will undergo on Wednesday. C’mon Rooney deserves to play whether you route for England or not. So may destiny be kind enough to get this young lad his metatarsal back in shape again to wreak havoc in the competitions.
